Australian Street Artist LUSH in London

Australian graffiti/street artist Lush has been hitting the streets hard since his arrival in the UK back in April. The artist has been painting new works across the city as well as a number of pieces in Brighton with fellow Aussie Street Artist Dscreet.


Last week saw the artist take over a warehouse space opposite the Olympic Stadium in Hackney Wick for his first UK solo show “You Become What You Hate” which ran at the space for only a few days.



The show featured a mix of installations, canvas work, drawings, sculptures as well as prints and a cool if not a little expensive zine. Supersized sexually explicit images, blood, rainbow colured gut, and lots of unicorns all executed in the artist's signature style and not forgetting the rainbow sprayed dead horse!
