From the madcap mind of illustrator / street artists Ronzo and Gordon from DifferentCloth, Derrick first wreaked a path of destruction on the Playstation Network (2012) and later on Steam (2014) but as of the 6th of December 2017 their indie game ‘Derrick the Deathfin’ is swimming menacingly towards your mobile phone.

The game is a fast-paced arcade action style sideways scroller featuring Derrik the Shark which has been set in an aquatic world which artist Ronzo has made entirely out of paper and card. Enlisting an army of helpers who together spent hundreds of hours painstakingly folding paper, cutting and gluing to craft Derrick and his underwater home world.

Following a successful Kickstarter campaign last year Ronzo and his team have been able to create the mobile version for Derrick - now available on iOS and on Android soon. Check out the launch trailer below and for those of you intereseted head over to the App store and download the game.

Ronzo's Derrick the Deathfin also carries an environmental message and they have partnered up with shark charity ‘Pangea Seed Foundation’ to raise awareness and protect real sharks in the oceans.

Available as of today on Apple iOS, at the AppStore, priced at £2.99. More info via the Derrick the Deathfin website or vist Derrick the Deathfin on the App Store
