El Mac — London Wall Art
We have been meaning to post these photos sooner of this photo realasitic cowboy painting by LA based graffiti artist El Mac. The artist was invited to the UK to paint at the See No Evil Bristol Street art event which took place in Bristol on August 20 2011. El Mac was one of a number of international artists who were joined by a host of UK street art and graffiti artists in the take over of Nelson Street in the heart of the city. Having painted this huge wall in Bristol the artist managed to find some time to paint this piece pictured on Hewlett Street before catching a flight back to LA from Heathrow.
We have read that our friends at End Of The Line caught up with El Mac and managed to capture the graffiti artist on film as he created this impressive wall art. We look forward to seeing the time-lapse as we are curious to see the artist in action and the technique used to create these spectacular pieces.
