Barry McGee — London Exhibition
It's been over six year since Barry McGee aka TWIST's last exhibition in London and this Thursday see the graffiti / street artist return to the city for an exhibition of new works with Stuart Shave/Modern Art Gallery.
This will be McGee's third show with Modern Art, some of our readers may remember the first show at the galleries former space on Redchurch Street wayback in 2002 and the impressive large scale Easy Tonto show at their Vyner Street Space back in September 2005.(pictured above)
Information is thin on the ground what with the sparse image on the show flyer not giving away much of what we can expect to see, but with all new works going on display this is a show you will not want to miss. The exhibition opens this evening Thursday 30 June with a private view 6 — 8pm and the show will run at the space from 1 July – 13 August 2011.
