London Miles Gallery is a new contemporary art gallery focusing on emerging Lowbrow and Pop Surrealist art, exhibiting an international selection of fresh talent. This new space will be based in Nothing Hill (yes West London!) and was formerly operated as Grenade Art, which was founded on the idea of being a contemporary collective supporting urban art.
To mark the launch of the new space, London Miles Gallery will open their doors this Thursday with a launch show titled "Ready, Steady, Go". The evening will showcase original artwork as well as a selection of exciting new prints plus the chance to meet author and curator Tina Ziegler and gallery director Phil Coleman. Artists featuring in the launch exhibition include Joe Ledbetter, Amanda Visell, Chelsea Lewyta, Tiffany Liu, Dave Pressler, Nate Frizzell and Jim Mahfood.
The show will run from April 16th 2009 until May 3rd, 2009
Public Opening reception: April 16th, 2009 from 6:30pm to 10:00pm
