Frank Warren handed out postcards to strangers and asked him to mail their secrets back to him. Ten thousand people responded in under a year and the website associated with the project now receives over 3 million visitors each month. The postcards selected and illustrated for Postsecret are extraordinary, touching, funny, distressing, tender, sad, uplifting - they encapsulate a plethora of emotions and create a window into the human soul. To commemorate the UK publication of his book, Foyles are hosting an exhibition of some of Warren's secret postcards.
Foyles Gallery, Foyles Bookshop,
113-119 Charing Cross Road, London WC2H 0EB
The exhibition is situated in the Gallery on the 2nd floor, is free to attend
and runs until Sunday 10th December.
