Dot Your Eyes is two weeks of making a spectacle of people painting the walls of Common, a bar in Manchester.
Having had a few different people paint the bar since they opened over a year ago, they have decided to make a bit more of a song and dance about it all. The wall-spaces of the bar will be handed over to 8 illustrators and artists with each having the opportunity to not only do individual pieces but also to work on one large collaborative Dot The Eyes piece.
The invited artists have been split into two teams with each team having a long weekend to do their stuff. With suitable musical accompaniment for the painting sessions and artwork and goodies from the artists on sale, this looks set to be a great event.
