A series of small square canvases spray painted with the patterns above have started to appear affixed to walls in a number of elevated spots around Brick Lane in London over the last few weeks.

We had previous featured the redecorated grey concrete bollard pictured below back in January 2012, but we have recently returned to take some additional images of this simple yet colourful piece. Since we last posted this piece, located alongside the East London Line just off Brick Lane we have discovered that the work is that of Italian artist Omar Hassan.
