Street Art in East London — 07
A few photos of some street work we photographed at the weekend. We are still attempting to get a clear shot of this huge Ludo piece without a car in front of it!
Another great new addition to the London streets from Belgium artist Roa. We bumped into Roa when he was painting this piece next to the Foundry in Old Street last Monday. Shortly after we arrived some jobsworth from the council turned up and pulled a badge out and then attempted to stop the piece from being finished. Realising he wasn't getting anywhere with the gallery owner the police were called. Despite all the hastle, it's great to see Roa finished the piece off the following day!
Also in town last week for his solo show at The Signal Gallery was French stencil artist C215 {blogged here}, who found some time to hit the streets with some new colourful works.
